Stack Ranking: A statistical tool that compares job candidates.
Once you have assessed and interviewed a group of candidates it often becomes a very subjective process to identify the best-fit individuals.
Hire-Intelligence has built-in functionality to create comparison reports which stack rank a set of job candidates against a set of ideal behavioral traits, as specified either in a Job Profile or manually by the hiring manager. The candidates assessment results are statistically compared to the set of ideal traits, and a score is created. The selected candidates are ranked by score to give the user both a relative and an absolute view of each candidate.
