The Hire-Intelligence assessment can be customized for a specific job based on your identification of the optimal behavioral traits, or based on an analysis of your top performers. This is especially useful for positions that are filled regularly, or where a shorter, more focused assessment is appropriate.
Many employers are looking for a particular set of behavioral traits. These traits can be selected on the Hire-Intelligence portal and a customized Job-Specific Assessment will be created.
An alternative method to create a Job-Specific Assessment is to first use the full Hire-Intelligence assessment to analyze a group of your top performers and find out what specific characteristics are common to your best employees. These traits can then be used to build a Job-Specific Assessment.
While the Job-Specific Assessment is shorter, it still uses the power of artificial intelligence to probe the specified traits. The hiring manager still receives a Candidate Profile Report and an Interview Guide that will allow him or her to predict a candidate’s behavioral fit.
